Guelph Community Christian School accepts students at any time during the year. We welcome new students in all levels, JK through Grade 8. WELCOME WEDNESDAYS: GCCS is open for drop-in visits with the Admissions Advisor on Wednesday mornings. No appointment is necessary. Information on tuition and bursaries is available here: • Tuition & Bursaries Procedures: Guelph Community Christian School seeks to have a user friendly enrolment process that allows parents to be well informed about what GCCS offers. The following steps comprise our enrolment process: Step 1: Arrange to meet with our Admissions Advisor who will gladly give you a tour of the school, introduce you to staff members and answer any questions you have about Guelph Community Christian School. Step 2: Review our information booklet plus these documents to ensure you fully understand the purpose and vision of GCCS, parental/school partnership, the policies included and the services offered. Step 3: Submit the completed the enrolment package to the office of GCCS. Please remember to include a cheque for the non-refundable enrolment fee ($500, or $250 for JK-only families, cashable upon notice of acceptance). This amount will be credited toward your tuition for the first academic year. Step 4: The principal will make a recommendation to the Board of GCCS concerning your application. The Board will accept or decline admission. The secretary of the school will contact you, via a written confirmation, of the Board's decision within two weeks. |
